المستخلص

يهدف البحث الى التعرف على المتطلبات الإدارية اللازمة لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية  بالاتحاد المصري للهوكي حيث تعتبر الإدارة الإلكترونية منظومة رقمية متكاملة تهدف إلى تحويل العمل الإداري العادي من النمط اليدوي إلى النمط الإلكتروني، وذلك بالاعتماد على نظم معلوماتية قوية تساعد في اتخاذ القرار الإداري بأسرع وقت وبأقل التكاليف -وفى حدود علم الباحث - وما أطلع عليه من الأبحاث والدراسات السابقة التي تتطرق إلى هذا المجال البحثي لم يجد من الأبحاث والدراسات العلمية المرجعية التي تتناول المتطلبات الإدارية اللازمة لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بالاتحاد المصري للهوكي، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث، اشتمل مجتمع البحث على (124) فرد من العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للهوكى، واشتملت عينة البحث على (85) فرد من مجتمع البحث، كما قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث الاستطلاعية بواقع (20) فرد.
Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify the administrative requirements for the application of electronic management in the Egyptian Hockey Federation. Electronic management is an integrated digital system that aims to transform the normal administrative work from manual to electronic style, by relying on strong information systems that help in making administrative decision as quickly as possible and at the lowest cost. - Within the limits of the researcher's knowledge - and the previous research and studies addressing this field of research have not found reference scientific research and studies dealing with the administrative requirements for the application of electronic management in the Egyptian Hockey Federation, the researcher used the descriptive curriculum to adapt it to the nature of the research, the research community included (124) A member of the Egyptian Hockey Federation (EHU), the sample of the research included: 85 members of the research community, and the researcher selected the survey sample by 20 individuals
