يهدف البحث إلي التعرف علي متطلبات تطبيق البراعة التنظيمية بالاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد، حيث أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (دراسة مسحية) وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة إجراء البحث، وجاءت أدوات جمع البيانات بغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث والإجابة عن تساؤلاته حيث استعان الباحث في جمع بيانات البحث استمارة استبيان للتعرف علي متطلبات تطبيق البراعة التنظيمية بالاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد، وبلغت عينة البحث (92) خبيرا، وأكدت أهم نتائج البحث علي ضرورة استغلال جميع الإمكانات المادية والبشرية المتاحة بالإتحاد والعمل على الاستفادة منها بشكل فعال مع الحرص على تنمية وتطوير هذه الإمكانات، والحرص علي اكتشاف جميع الفرص التي تساعد على تحقيق التميز وزيادة الحصة التسويقية للإتحاد من خلال استقطاب الخبرات ووضع الخطط التشغيلية وتطوير جميع الجوانب الإدارية بالإتحاد، وأوصي البحث علي ضرورة نشر ثقافة تبادل البيانات والمعلومات بين إدارات الإتحاد المختلفة مع ضرورة التنسيق في خطوات العمل بين هذه الإدارات، والعمل على توفير الميزانية المناسبة لعقد دورات تدريبية لتنمية وصقل المهارات الإدارية لدي العاملين بالإتحاد المصري لكرة اليد.
Abstract:   
"Requirements for implementing organizational prowess
 in the Egyptian Handball Federation"
The research aims to identify the requirements for applying the patent in the Egyptian Football Association, where the researcher uses the descriptive model (research study) in order to suit the nature of conducting the research. The data tools came with the aim of collecting them for the purpose of research and answering his questions, as the researcher used in collecting the research the data form, the questionnaire intended to require Applying ingenuity in the Egyptian Handball Federation, and the number of researchers reached (92) experts, The most important results of the research emphasized the necessity of exploiting all the material and human capabilities available in the Union and working to benefit from them effectively, while taking care to develop and develop these capabilities, and being keen to discover all opportunities that help achieve excellence and increase the marketing share of the Union by attracting expertise, developing operational plans and developing all Administrative aspects of the federation. The research recommended the need to spread the culture of data and information exchange between the federation’s various departments, with the need to coordinate work steps between these departments, and work to provide the appropriate budget to hold training courses to develop and refine the administrative skills of employees of the Egyptian Handball Federation
