تعتبر الإدارة علماً من أهم العلوم التي تحتل مكانة رفيعة في الدول المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء  وتزداد أهميتها بزيادة الأعمال والحاجات في مجال الأنشطة البشرية وأتساعها مما يتطلب تنظيماً وفهماً دقيقاً لهذه الأعمال حتى يمكن إنجازها بأقل جهد وأسرع وقت وبأكبر كفاءة ممكنة ومن خلال اجراء المقابلات الشخصية مع بعض العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للمصارعه لاحظ الباحث أن اتخاذ القرار للعاملين بالاتحاد لا يتماشى مع المتغيرات الحديثة في الأساليب الإدارية مما يقف عائقا أمام تقدمة وتطوره بالإضافة الى بطيء العمليات الإدارية وكذلك صعوبة الحصول على ايه أوراق إدارية خاصة بالاتحاد ويهدف البحث إلى  معرفة دور ادارة المعرفه وعلاقتها باتخاذ القرار لدى العاملين  بالاتحاد المصرى للمصارعه واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى وكانت أهم النتائج ضرورة وجود قاعده بيانات كامله بالاتحاد تتوافر فيه كافة البيانات والمعلومات الخاصة بالاتحاد وفروعه و ان يكون هناك اعداد جيد وتخطيط مسبق وسليم للأعمال.
Abstract
Management is considered one of the most important sciences that occupies a high position in developed and developing countries alike. Its importance increases with the increase and breadth of work and needs in the field of human activities, which requires organization and precise understanding of these works so that they can be accomplished with the least effort, the quickest time, and the greatest possible efficiency, and through conducting personal interviews with... Some employees of the Egyptian Wrestling Federation. The researcher noted that the decision-making of the federation’s employees is not in line with modern changes in administrative methods, which stands as an obstacle to its progress and development, in addition to the slowness of administrative processes, as well as the difficulty of obtaining any administrative papers related to the federation. The research aims to know the role of knowledge management and its relationship to decision-making. Among the employees of the Egyptian Wrestling Federation, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the most important results were the necessity of having a complete database in the federation in which all data and information related to the federation and its branches are available, and that there should be good preparation and advance and sound planning for the work.
