نموذج مقترح لتطوير الأداء الإداري لدى العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للمصارعة في ضوء إدارة الكفاءات

يهدف البحث الى وضع نموذج مقترح لتطوير الاداء الادارى بالاتحاد المصرى للمصارعه فى ضوء ادارة الكفاءات وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع الاداء الادارى  بالاتحاد المصرى للمصارعه فى ضؤ متطلبات تطبيق اسلوب ادارة الكفاءات، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة اجراء البحث، بلغت عينة البحث (54) فردا من العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للمصارعة، أدوات جمع البيانات المقابلة الشخصية واستمارات الاستبيان، وكانت أهم النتائج  من خلال دراسة واقع الاداء الادارى بالاتحاد المصرى للمصارعه والتعرف على مقومات ومعوقات تطبيق اسلوب ادارة الكفاءات توصل الباحث الى تصميم نموذج مقترح لتطبيق اسلوب ادارة الكفاءات بالاتحاد المصرى للمصارعه، وأوصى الباحث تطبيق اليات النموذج المقترح وتدريب العاملين على استخدام اسلوب ادارة الكفاءات بالاتحاد المصرى للمصارعه.
Abstract:   
A proposed model for developing the administrative performance of employees of the Egyptian Wrestling Federation in light
 of competency management
The research aims to develop a proposed model for developing the administrative performance of the Egyptian Wrestling Federation in light of competency management, by identifying the reality of administrative performance in the Egyptian Wrestling Federation in light of the requirements for applying the competency management method. The researcher used the descriptive approach in order to suit the nature of conducting the research. The research sample amounted to (54). ) An individual working in the Egyptian Wrestling Federation, data collection tools, personal interviews and questionnaire forms, The most important results were through studying the reality of administrative performance in the Egyptian Wrestling Federation and identifying the components and obstacles of applying the competency management method. The researcher arrived at designing a proposed model for applying the competency management method in the Egyptian Wrestling Federation. The researcher recommended implementing the mechanisms of the proposed model and training workers to use the competency management method in the Egyptian Wrestling Federation.
